DOT Seeks More Efficient, Transparent Airline Regulation

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 7:24 PM EST) -- Representatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration said Friday that they hope to improve government regulation of airlines by moving faster in rule-making and expanding outreach efforts to ensure that relevant experts from outside the industry weigh in when necessary.
