Notre Dame Can't Escape ACA Waiver Requirement: 7th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (February 21, 2014, 10:37 PM EST) -- A Seventh Circuit panel on Friday rejected the University of Notre Dame’s opposition to an Affordable Care Act requirement to file a waiver from the law's contraception coverage mandate, ruling that filling out an exemption form was not a substantial burden to its Roman Catholic beliefs.
