AGs Seek To Bolster States' Rights In Patent Reform Effort

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 3:08 PM EST) -- Legal officers for 42 U.S. states and territories on Monday affirmed their support for legislation to crack down on so-called patent trolls currently working its way through Congress, but urged lawmakers to assure that state prosecutors and courts would have an active role in the effort.
