FDA Rips Research Co. Over Unapproved Electromagnet Trials

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 6:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration chastised an electromagnetic treatment center over "objectionable" practices including carrying out at least three clinical trials for a nonapproved electromagnetic device without obtaining the approval of a review panel overseen by the agency, according to a warning letter released Monday.
