AAI Says Sysco's $3.5B US Foods Buy Will Harm Competition

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 6:02 PM EST) -- The American Antitrust Institute on Tuesday urged the Federal Trade Commission and other regulators to scrutinize the proposed $3.5 billion merger of Sysco Corp. and US Foods Inc., saying that it could potentially create a monopoly.
