DuPont Wins $18M In Atty Fees In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 25, 2014, 6:37 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday denied Kolon Industries Inc.’s attempts to trim $18 million in attorneys’ fees owed to DuPont Co. in the chemical giant’s trade secrets suit against it involving illegally obtained information from a former employee, ruling Kolon could have paid less if it had not been so contentious during discovery.
