Pa. Justices Won't Touch Pro-Plaintiff Wrongful Death Ruling

Law360, Philadelphia (February 25, 2014, 5:19 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday said that it would not review a case in which a lower court found that contracts with arbitration provisions inked by decedents cannot preclude heirs from bringing wrongful death suits, keeping a suit against a nursing home alive.
