Legal Experts, Civic Groups Support Pa. Anti-SLAPP Bill

Law360, Philadelphia (April 24, 2014, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state legislative committee was urged Thursday to approve a bill that would create broad new protections against so-called strategic lawsuits against public participation, or SLAPP suits, filed against individuals and civic groups to stifle criticism against businesses and developers.
