VA Hit With Overtime Claims By Its Own Investigators

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 3:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was hit with an employment collective action by its own equal employment investigators Tuesday, alleging it misclassified the investigators as exempt from overtime, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
