Panel Revives Fla. City's Suit Over Deepwater Horizon Funds

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 7:24 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday revived a suit brought by the city of Apalachicola against the Franklin County Board of Commissioners for allegedly failing to attend meetings on the distribution of funds from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, saying the city had adequately stated its case.
