American LaFrance Wins Creditor Support For Plan

Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt American LaFrance LLC has secured support from its unsecured creditors for a modified version of its reorganization plan and expects to file the revamped edition by Friday, the fire truck maker has said.

The Summerville, S.C.-based company also announced in a statement Thursday that the Delaware bankruptcy court had approved its disclosure statement and set April 18 as the deadline for voting on the plan.
