Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 5:42 PM EST) -- An Ohio tax return professional urged the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday to suspend an October order banning him from preparing federal income tax returns, saying the injunction is vague and has thus allowed federal officials to unfairly expand the order's terms.
