OIG Finds No Conflict Of Interest In Keystone Enviro Review

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 8:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of State's internal watchdog said Wednesday that an investigation into an alleged conflict of interest with a department contractor that helped write an environmental review of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline showed that the agency had acted properly.
