6th Circ. Boots Judge From Firefighter's Revived ADA Suit

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 9:28 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday not only revived a disability bias claim asserted by an Ohio firefighter who lost vision in one eye, but also remanded the case to a different district court judge, calling the original judge's handling of the case “questionable.”
