CFPB Wants Card Issuers To Provide Free Credit Scores

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 3:33 PM EST) -- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Thursday announced a push for credit card issuers to offer credit scores for free online and in monthly statements, accompanied by a warning for companies that report credit information to investigate consumer complaints thoroughly.
