IRS Objects To Longview Reorganization Until Taxes Are Paid

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 4:04 PM EST) -- The Internal Revenue Service on Thursday asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to reject the Chapter 11 reorganization plan of Longview Power LLC, saying the company owes it more than half a million dollars in outstanding federal employment and excise taxes.
