SandRidge Gets Subpoena As Part Of DOJ Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 5:00 PM EST) -- SandRidge Energy Inc., whose former CEO has been sued by investors alleging he set up a side business that unfairly competed against the company and shareholders' interests, has been served with a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice as part of an antitrust investigation, the company revealed Friday.
