Steel Co. Sues Liberty Mutual For Defense In BP Defect Row

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 7:51 PM EST) -- A steel company sued Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. on Friday in Louisiana federal court, saying the insurer must provide defense costs in BP Products North America Inc.’s suit over defective fireproof coating the contractor used on a BP refinery.
