Green Field Creditors Want To File Their Own Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Wilmington (February 28, 2014, 9:01 PM EST) -- The creditors committee in oil services company Green Field Energy Services Inc.'s bankruptcy Friday blasted the debtors' request to extend its Chapter 11 plan exclusivity period into the summer, arguing Green Field has thus far pursued an “unusual, high-risk strategy,” and proposing to file a plan of its own.
