Md. Appeals Court Backs Dominion's LNG Export Plans

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2014, 8:13 PM EST) -- A Maryland appeals court on Friday held that an agreement between Dominion Cove Point LNG LP and the Sierra Club, which was used to restrict the use of the Cove Point LNG facility, allows Dominion to construct liquefied natural gas export facilities, rejecting the Sierra Club’s appeal.
