Merck Says DOJ Has Ended Its Multicountry FCPA Probe

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2014, 9:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has closed an investigation into Merck & Co. Inc. related to the company’s activities in other countries concerning possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Merck announced Thursday in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
