High Court Denies Cert In State Judge's Corruption Appeal

Law360, Los Angeles (March 3, 2014, 6:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take up a challenge to a former Ohio state judge's conviction and sentence on charges he accepted bribes in exchange for fixing a foreclosure case at the behest of his political mentor.
