Mexico's Pemex Moving Fast To Do Biz With Foreign Investors

Law360, Houston (March 4, 2014, 12:32 AM EST) -- Speeding toward opening its doors to outside energy investment, Mexico is on the cusp of partnering with private developers in the wake of liberal reforms the country enacted to revive its floundering nationalized oil and gas energy, Petroleos Mexicanos CEO Emilio Lozoya said Monday.
