Insurer Not On The Hook To Bulldozer Provider In $20M Case

Law360, Philadelphia (March 3, 2014, 5:42 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled Monday that Main Street America Assurance Co. is not obligated to indemnify and defend a bulldozer provider in a case where a $20 million jury verdict against the company, a landscaper and a contractor is currently under appeal.
