US Plans $1B In Energy Funding, Trade Help For Ukraine

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 3:38 PM EST) -- An aid package the U.S. unveiled Tuesday to support economic and political reform in Ukraine includes $1 billion in loan guarantees to help soften the blow of reduced energy subsidies, and assistance to the country to help it combat any politically motivated Russian trade pressure.
