Mich. Senate OKs Revisions To Personal Property Tax Repeal

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 5:34 PM EST) -- The Michigan Senate on Tuesday passed a package of 10 bills meant to help state localities recapture potential revenue losses from a personal property tax repeal that was signed into law in 2012 and partially went into effect this year.
