Schumer Wants HHS To Overrule FDA's Painkiller Approval

Schumer, D-N.Y., called Monday for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to overturn the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s politically explosive approval of potent painkiller Zohydro, warning against “adding fuel to the fire of this terrible epidemic” of prescription drug abuse.
