Ex-Secret Serviceman Denied Extra Pay Under LEAP

Law360, New York (March 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A retired criminal investigator with the U.S. Secret Service will not receive availability pay despite being part of a class action that won Secret Service members the right to incorporate availability pay under the Law Enforcement Availability Pay Act, an appeals court judge ruled on Friday.
