Okla. Utility Co. Can't Shake Sierra Club's CAA Suit

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 1:32 PM EST) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Tuesday trimmed the Sierra Club’s lawsuit against Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co. accusing the utility of violating the Clean Air Act by modifying one of its coal-fired power plants without a permit, finding some claims are time-barred.
