Nightclub Insurer's Founder Says Seizure Violated Due Process

Law360, Wilmington (March 5, 2014, 10:40 PM EST) -- The founder of nightclub insurer Indemnity Insurance Corp. RRG argued Wednesday before the Delaware Supreme Court that the Chancery Court never gave him or other entities he controlled a chance to have a say in rehabilitation proceedings that included a seizure of the company.
