Ex-Elliott Greenleaf Client's Coverage Suit Can Proceed

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 4:59 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday refused to free Houston Casualty Co. from a suit seeking coverage for a former Elliott Greenleaf client who was sued for allegedly using tax lien trade secrets stolen from the firm, finding that the complaint included sufficient facts.
