Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 12:49 PM EST) -- Kurt Hammarskjold, an American citizen who formerly served as the CEO of PetroTiger Ltd., pled guilty on Feb. 18, 2014, for his alleged role in schemes to bribe Colombian government officials and to defraud investors through a kickback arrangement.
