BP Faces US Antitrust Probe In Wake Of EU Raid

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 1:19 PM EST) -- BP PLC revealed Thursday that U.S. antitrust regulators had sought information from it following last year's raid of its offices by European Union regulators looking into allegations that BP colluded with other energy giants to manipulate benchmark oil and biofuel rates.
