Angelos Firm Fails To Consolidate Md. Asbestos Suits

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 5:50 PM EST) -- A Maryland judge rejected a plan by Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos' law firm to consolidate thousands of asbestos lawsuits on Wednesday, saying the firm failed to show how the “blithely optimistic” proposal would help clear the state's clogged asbestos docket.
