Outcome Of BlackBerry Case Remains Anyone's Guess

Law360, New York (January 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- One week after the U.S. Supreme Court appeared to strip BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd. of any options short of a settlement with NTP or a service-halting injunction, attorneys are speculating that RIM may still have a few tricks up its sleeves.
