Novell Takes Microsoft Antitrust Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Software developer Novell Inc. has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to revive its antitrust suit alleging it was blocked from market participation by Microsoft Corp. in the 1990s, arguing that the Tenth Circuit's basis for axing the suit is in direct conflict with the high court's precedent.
