Law360, Miami (March 18, 2014, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge on Tuesday said a dispute between two Miami-based wealth management advisers who handled about $450 million in investments for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC belongs in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, in the process admonishing the plaintiff's attorney.
