US, EU To Address Regulation By Industry Under Trade Deal

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 3:26 PM EDT) -- The U.S. and European Union will take an industry-by-industry approach as they look to increase cooperation on regulatory issues under a potential trade agreement, negotiators for the two economies said Friday, stressing that any deal would not reduce health, safety or environmental protections.
