Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 3:02 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday denied the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's effort to obtain an en banc review of a decision that left it on the hook for legal fees after an unsuccessful race bias suit against staffing agency Peoplemark Inc.
