Law360, New York (March 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The fiance of a woman who sued her supervisors at a steel- manufacturing plant for alleged gender discrimination was protected by the anti-retaliation provisions of the civil rights code and shouldn't have been fired as a result of his wife-to-be's suit, an appeals court ruled Monday.
