GAO Urges NRC To Expedite Reactor Upgrade Decision

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 2:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office recommended Tuesday that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission quickly reach a decision about upgrading its automated system for transmitting key reactor data as part of a safety report issued on the third anniversary of the Fukushima disaster.
