Idaho's Jobs Tax Credit Is Gimmicky, Tax Foundation Says

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 6:48 PM EDT) -- Idaho lawmakers are trying to court business by introducing a jobs tax credit for enterprises — old and new — that expand their business in the state, but the measure may be too complicated and yield small returns, the Tax Foundation said Tuesday.
