Insurance Biz Questions EU's Solvency II Rules

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Europe’s insurance lobby on Tuesday threw cold water on a directive approved by European Union lawmakers that advances the bloc’s overhaul of insurance regulation known as Solvency II, warning that draft rules implementing the new regime would unduly burden the industry.
