OPEC Antitrust Suit Wrongly Dismissed, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (March 11, 2014, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A conservative group suing the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries over alleged antitrust violations told the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday that a district judge had erroneously relied on an Eleventh Circuit decision in dismissing the case for lack of service.
