FTC OKs Settlement In Rent-To-Own Co. Software Spying Row

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Tuesday approved a final order settling charges that rent-to-own retailer Aaron's Inc. knowingly helped its franchisees install software on rent-to-own computers to spy on customers in their homes.
