Jeweler Buccellati Gets Defenses Booted In Trademark Suit

Law360, Miami (March 12, 2014, 9:47 PM EDT) -- Italian jewelry design house Buccellati Holding Italia SPA won a partial motion for summary judgment in Miami federal court Wednesday against affirmative defenses put forth by a descendant of its founder, whom it has sued over alleged trademark infringement.
