Fed. Circ. Upholds Keurig Rival's Coffee Pod Patent Win

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's decision that Rogers Family Co. did not infringe rival Keurig Inc.'s patents on single-serving cartridges for coffee machines, rejecting Keurig's argument that the judge's analysis was overly narrow.

In a one-sentence order, the appeals court upheld U.S. District Judge F. Dennis Saylor's May ruling granting summary judgment to Rogers.
