Wyo. High Court Nixes Ruling Protecting Fracking Secrets

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The Wyoming Supreme Court on Wednesday revived a suit by green groups accusing the state's energy regulator of illegally granting unjustified requests by Halliburton Energy Services Inc. and other companies for trade secret protection on fracking chemicals, ruling that a lower court must consider whether the state complied with public records law.
