Neb. Banks Accused Of Charging Customers After Data Breach

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 1:22 PM EDT) -- First National of Nebraska Inc. wrongfully charged fees to consumers who had their payment card information stolen after a data breach, according to a proposed class action removed to federal court on Wednesday.
