Car-Filter-Makers Slammed With Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Automotive-filter-makers were hit with a proposed class action lawsuit on Monday alleging that they were involved in a “massive conspiracy” to fix prices of oil, air, fuel and transmission filters in the filter replacements market.
